Engineered Timber Operative We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Engineered Timber Operative to join our growing Engineered Timber Department, supporting our established Operations team. We’re seeking someone with a thorough approach, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow. A Side Loader operating certificate would be advantageous but not required. The ideal candidate will have some experience in technical roles such as Joinery, Timber Engineering, or Laminating — however, this is not essential, as full training will be provided.
