The successful applicant will be a Geotechnical Engineer specializing in Rock Mechanics with a strong focus on the design and construction of shafts and tunnels.
Professional Engineering License (P.Eng) in Ontario or eligibility to obtain.
Valid driver’s license.
A focused expertise on rock mechanics and rock engineering projects dealing with rock face stability, tunneling and underground excavations in rock, foundations, and rockfall hazards.
A willingness to travel on short assignments both within Ontario and nationwide.
Strong project management and client relationship skills.
The candidate will have a degree in civil engineering or geology with a postgraduate qualification in a geotechnical subject and have a minimum of 8 years’ pertinent experience.
