Tasks

Integral position with a long-standing Italian interiors company; lead the operations and logistics for this iconic brand -Manage all logistical operations and procurement from purchase to payment including all relevant coordination and administration -Ongoing review of prices for products, services and proposals, keeping abreast of currency fluctuations -Assist designers with product specifications and general advice in the showroom as necessary -Coordinate international shipping containers including liaison with international suppliers, domestic warehouse teams and global logistics partner -Work closely with the Project Manager / Installer including coordination of site measurements

What You Bring

-Relevant industry experience with a high-end furniture/interiors designer in a similar capacity; previous exposure to bathroom/kitchen design highly regarded -Proficient Vectorworks skills or experience using an alternative CAD programme desirable -Proactive attitude with unwavering attention to detail -Process driven with ability to prioritise and manage workload accordingly -Stunning showroom/office based in Sydney’s creative hub -Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to manage key stakeholder relationships
