Tasks
-Assess existing tech stack and capabilities, develop and implement technology architecture strategies to accommodate current and future organizational needs, both internally to improve workplace productivity and automation, and the continued development and improvement of client-facing features. -Drive, quantify, and defend forward-thinking digital and technology product investments. -Manage technology programs and platform roadmap. -Focuses on developing technological products/services to meet/exceed internal/external customer needs and drive innovation. The CIO’s role involves regular technological research to enhance the company’s offerings. -Build, mentor, and lead high-performing innovation and technology teams. -Bring a hands-on and solution-minded approach to project execution and issue resolution. -With the assistance of 3 rd party resources, identify and protect Intellectual Property that currently exists or is being developed by the company. -Work with Executive Leadership and the Technology Infrastructure Leader to identify, select, and manage the appropriate external vendors to complement in-house and personal capacity/ability. -Work with cross-functional stakeholders to implement new technologies, services, and products effectively. -Document epics and stories in requirement repositories. -Manage existing and emerging risks and vulnerabilities within the company's delivery and client-facing technology footprint.

What You Bring
-Use directional leadership – the ability to influence, guide, and mentor a team of highly capable individuals to achieve both business goals, personal and professional development -10+ years’ experience in people management with exceptional skills in recruiting and developing high-performing teams. -Expert-level understanding and ability to manage complex technical programs and project budgets. -Expert-level knowledge in conducting risk assessments and developing plans for eliminating or mitigating the risks identified. -Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field; an MBA or additional business training is a plus. -Expert-level knowledge in full-cycle product development (i.e., product engineering, deployment, and integration). -Experience in Architecture, Engineering, and Consulting Professional services. -FSA and HSA -Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business, Computer Science, Technology or closely related fields or equivalent experience. -Experience with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). -Expert ability to oversee and manage large, complex, diverse, and strategic multi-disciplinary projects that impact the organization as a whole. -Exceptional company culture -Significant experience in intellectual property identification and protection . -Expert ability in implementing technical programs and project plans, and monitoring progress, resource usage, and quality. -Familiarity with cybersecurity and data privacy best practices.
