Tasks

-To manage day-to-day administrative and operational tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. -managing courier dispatches. -Prepare and share time office reports (daily/weekly/monthly) with HR and management. -Assist in organizing company events, audits, and employee engagement activities. -Support travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and logistics for staff or guests. -Ensure timely updates of new joiners, resignations, and shift changes in the system. -Maintain and manage office supplies, stationery, and asset inventory. -Verify attendance data and prepare monthly summaries for payroll processing. -Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility maintenance and office services. -Maintain accurate employee attendance, shift schedules, overtime, and leave records. -Monitor and manage biometric or attendance systems daily. -Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and statutory norms (PF, ESIC, etc., if applicable). -Handle leave applications, maintain leave balance reports, and track absenteeism. -Manage office operations including correspondence, filing, and record keeping.

What You Bring

-Ability to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers. -Reliable, disciplined, and proactive. -Having worked in Recruitment Consultancy firms or Multinational Companies with expertise in engineering recruitments. -Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, Commerce, or a related field. -Professional demeanor and positive attitude. -Experience in manufacturing, construction, or corporate environments preferred. -Familiarity with HRMS / ERP systems is an added advantage. -2–5 years of experience in Time Office and administrative roles. -Time-management skills and multitasking ability. -Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team. -Perseverant and result-oriented.
