Tasks

-Provide expert advice on complex requirements, delivering analysis and corrective measures to stakeholders. -Deploy and implement planning and project controls procedures across projects and tenders. -Oversee planning and scheduling for complex projects, including EVM and project control methodologies. -Support senior management in negotiations, contract development, and business development activities. -Promote sustainability goals, including Net Zero Carbon, throughout planning and delivery processes. -Create detailed plans and analyze trends using numerical and statistical techniques to support decision-making. -Lead and develop the planning team, offering performance management, coaching, and career development. -Lead and manage the planning function across assigned portfolios, ensuring effective scheduling and monitoring.
