The Role
Overview
Perform installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on industrial HVAC/refrigeration systems.

Tasks
-Communications with all team members to assist the development of short- and long-range planning in assist of the company’s goals and objectives -Ensures compliance with all company / customer regulations, policies, and procedures. -Repairs and preventive maintenance to be performed in conformance with established standards. Assist in formulating preventive maintenance standards / work procedures while performing those duties and provide work order feedback on discrepancies noted in service delivery. -Responsibilities include equipment installation; repairs to heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment; troubleshooting malfunctions and preventive maintenance on such equipment; refrigeration and repairs; refrigeration troubleshooting and repairs; and other mechanical related work as assigned. -Maintain personal tools required for your job to include an up to date documented personal tool list. Required tool listing to be supplied as part of employment. -Achieve performance expectations set forth as part of performance appraisals to include employee development planning. -Works from elevated areas such as ladders, platforms, scaffolding, etc. utilizing fall protection equipment as necessary to complete tasks

What You Bring
-Must have the flexibility to work all shifts including holidays and weekends as demanded by the job. -Training to work in a cutting-edge facility. -Control Precision — The ability to quickly and repeatedly adjust the controls of a machine or a vehicle to exact positions. -Manual Dexterity — The ability to quickly grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects. -Experience: 5+ years' experience in Industrial HVAC/refrigeration maintenance and repairs -Substantial lifting (up to 50 pounds) is required -Ability to operate forklifts or other vehicles in a safe manner -Communication/ Expression —The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand. -Information Ordering — The ability to arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern according to a specific rule or set of rules (e.g., patterns of numbers, letters, words, pictures, mathematical operations). -Ability to wear a respirator while performing job duties -Must have working knowledge of hand / power tools, HVAC & refrigeration tools, rigging, and Preventive / Predictive Maintenance. -Ability to move for extended or continuous periods of time -Team member must be able to work in a team oriented and safety conscious environment. “Safety First” expectations include, but are not limited to, PJHA process, Observation process, and all company / site safety guidelines and procedures. -The ability to observe details at close range (within a few feet of the observer). -Certification: EPA Certificate - Universal Technician -Ability to operate applicable hand tools, power tools, and equipment -Accurate and timely administrative duties to include, but not limited to, time accounting and work order completion. -Ability to ascend and descend staircases, ladders, and/or step stools
