Schedule and coordinate helpdesk tasks, manage calls, and maintain records for school facilities.
-Answer telephone calls and emails -Ensure records are maintained and updated regularly so it can be reported on -Carry out jeopardy management, ensuring forward planning is carried out where possible -Allocate the correct level of work to ensure SLA’s are met
