-Experience managing quality assurance and management programs within the team. -Experience working directly with clients in receiving instructions, preparing and negotiating proposals, and delivering work product. -BA/BS + 8 Years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. -Experience leading a multi-disciplinary cost management team across several concurrent projects.
