The Role

Tasks

-Prepare and review proposals, market reports, RFPs, and letters of intent for client presentations. -Manage implementation of client real estate plans, ensuring alignment to client objectives and timelines. -Resolve landlord–tenant issues/disputes with guidance from senior leadership. -Negotiate leases, renewals, and amendments, and monitor expirations within prescribed timelines. -Lead transaction execution across commercial real estate asset classes (office, retail, industrial) with oversight from Associate Director. -Coordinate with brokers, landlords, developers, and subject matter experts to deliver end-to-end transaction support. -Maintain transaction tracking tools and prepare MIS/reports for clients and management. -Work closely with internal teams (Lease Administration, Project Management, Facilities, and Finance) to ensure integrated delivery. -Conduct and interpret financial analyses, including cash flow, NPV, and IRR, to support client decision-making. -Track competition, supply trends, and provide market intelligence for business development support. -Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies. -Guide and support Managers/Analysts in day-to-day transaction execution.

What You Bring

-Strong ability to interpret business documents and prepare client-ready deliverables. -Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to explain financial implications (cash flow, NPV, IRR) to clients and management. -Solid understanding of financial/business analysis and ability to prepare detailed financial models and reports. -Ability to maintain working relationships with landlords, developers, and other external stakeholders. -Ability to mentor junior team members. -Ability to design and recommend solutions, with some strategic input. -Client engagement and relationship management skills, with ability to act as a primary contact on select accounts. -Established negotiation and influencing skills. -Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
