The Role

Overview

Manage multi-site operations, maintenance, HSE and vendor performance for DLF Rentco.

Tasks

-Quarterly audits of all sites across India for deployment and sustenance -Ensuring proper completion of E&M activities related with projects and day to day technical problems, Electricity Consumption Tracker, 52 Week PM Schedule, AMC / DLP / Warranty Tracking, LOTO System, SOP, Equipment History Cards etc. -Ensuring Materials as per the minimum inventory at all site. -Reviewing and making improvements in maintenance schedule of all MEP equipment and AMC schedules. -Managing and leading Operation, Maintenance, HSE and Project activities. Planning, implementing, monitoring of Operation, preventive, predictive, Shutdown maintenance, Projects (MEP) and HSE activities of buildings, Assets and the entire premises. -Developed standard training material and site based training rooms for technical agendas Pan India -Preparing improvement case studies and demonstration of achievements to clients and management -Liasoning for value added service vendor and closure to contracting -Ensuring required standards in Housekeeping and security at all the sites. -Tracking Daily, Weekly & Monthly reports, vendor Management, and ensuring statutory compliance. -Networking with global community of subject experts for knowledge sharing -Review and follow-up with units on process deployment and support to reach compliance level -Reviewing and making improvements in Operational standard procedures (SOP), checklists and formats including safety requirements -Giving recommendations on vendor selections followed by regular auditing of vendor performance and sharing with Purchase team -Liaison with government bodies for all building’s concerns. -Building’s statutory compliance adherences like Fire NOC, OC, DPCC, Lift Licenses, Reports Submissions etc. and tracking of monthly due details. -Planning for Operation and Maintenance of HT/LT substations, Transformers, DG, HVAC, Chillers, BMS, Water, Compressed air, STP, WTP,RO, Fire detection and Protection systems, UPS, Audio & Video systems, Access control, CCTV equipment’s, Electrical distribution systems, etc.

What You Bring

-Preferable from Hospitality/ FMS Industry Background -Should be smart with good written & verbal communication skills -Should have excellent team management skills -Minimum Experience – 8-10 Years -B-Tech./B.E. - Electrical
