Oversee sales cycle, dealer network, and client relations for LIXIL's bathroom/kitchen solutions.

Tasks

-Manage customer-centric operations & ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery/ service quality norms. -Provide product training & support to channel partners to ensure they have the knowledge & resources to effectively specify & sell our products. -Build relationships with dealers, influencers/ architects to drive sales initiatives to achieve business goals. -Manage the entire sales cycle (sales & collections) of the territory & channel assigned. -Dealer network sales-managing & appointing new sub-dealers in a given -Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities & market conditions to identify new opportunities & threats. -Maintain relationships with customers to achieve repeat/ referral business. -Identify new clients and generate business from existing clientele to achieve business targets.

What You Bring

-Age: 27 to 34 years will be preferred -Education: MBA/Postgraduate/B.E./B. Tech/BBA/Bachelors. -Required Skills: Good Communication skills, Business Acumen, Dealer network with respect to B2C Sales, Ability to manage the influencers, should have Sales Advisory approach, willingness to take on additional responsibilities, ability to work independently & as a part of a team in a fast paced environment. -Experience: 5-10 years’ sales experience.
