Tasks

-Ensuring that the construction site is immediately supplied with the necessary information, instructions, personnel and material. -Monitoring of the observance of accident prevention regulations and monitoring or observance of the valid quality assurance measures. -procurement and shipping to the construction site. Determination and procurement of the required construction site infrastructure in consultation with the project management. -Participation in project meetings as a member of the project organization. -supporting the personnel who are assigned for the duration of the project. Dispatching personnel according to the personnel planning. Keeping a to- -Continuous checking of the accrued costs through a comparison of budge and actual costs in SAP, so that deviations are identified early on and corresponding measures can be initiated. -Commissioning Personnel "Inspection of the cash-on-site and bank statements as well as assignment of the individual items to accounts. -Holding discussions with construction site workers when they visit the headquarters. -Advising and supporting the employees at the construction site in organizational and technical matters. -Creation of the scheduling in consultation with the customer and PM and determination of the required assembly tools in cooperation with the responsible assembly personnel. Timely procurement and shipping to the construction site and determination of the required assembly consumables and timely -Creation of PT for the PM. Process documentation, see Intranet / Our Company / Quality Management / Process Sequences/. Checking the PT as well as adaptation to the actual scope of supply upon receipt of the order. -Drawing up an assembly contract with external partners, if necessary, Determination of the delivery sequences of the material through cooperation with the sales and handling offices of the units Project execution. -Inspection and initialing of the time sheets. Questionable time and expense reports are to be discussed with the superior. The basis for this is the "Regulations for Assembly and Commissioning Personnel". -Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. -Handling of insurance cases after consultation and in agreement with the insurer and the responsible project manager. Requesting of commissioning personnel according to the current personnel planning from internal or external offices. -Regulation of the responsibilities, information paths and working relationships between the project participants and the construction site (including customer, consultant, representative) in the form of organizational and flow charts or, if necessary, construction site regulations. -do list. Evaluation and distribution of the assembly reports and other correspondence. -Project preparation (input)During the preparation phase of a project, the IPM is responsible for the following activities. -Assembly planning by creating a detailed sequence program with all project-relevant activities and Personnel planning through determining the personnel requirements and initiating the reservations in own department as well as with sub suppliers. -Recording or processing of deviation reports in SAP Monitoring of the observance of the "Regulations for Assembly. -Evaluation of the progress reports. Informing the project managers and any further partners on the status of the work (AD reports), on the progress (progress report), and on the accrued costs (cumulative working hours and costs).

What You Bring

-PGHV Transmission & Sub transmission GIS Product knowledge preferred. -Bachelor’s Mechanical / Electrical engineering. -Previous experience with SF6 GAS-Handling. -Having capability use MS project professionally. -Construction site visits, in consultation with the superior, for inspection, clarification of unresolved problems and discussions with the employees at the construction site. A trip report is written after each trip. -Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required. -Performance of all other administrative tasks that occur in connection with the construction site. -Previous Working experience less then 7 Years with GIS preferred.
