Tasks

-Coordinate occasional travel of field resources through the company’s approved travel provider -Coordinate with the field service team and Safety/Human resources for site access requirements for the technicians -Maintaining body equilibrium and agility to prevent falling when walking, standing, crouching, ascending or descending stairs. -Coordinate with field service personnel, post sales service team and Project staff to facilitate project execution and warranty resolution requirements for mobilizing technicians to site -Responsible for Coordination of any or all of these three functions within Service: The daily coordination of Field Service Technicians, weekly reviews with Field Service supervision and Project Teams, and weekly schedule review of the Service and Automation tasks in the master schedule. -This position may travel out-of-town to attend training and meetings. -Supporting the balance of current and future customer demand requirements with manufacturing, engineering and procurement capacities (light portion of this role) -Supporting the development and maintaining of project schedules in P6 -Supporting the monitoring of project schedules by effectively communicating across various field service, engineering groups and operation departments. -Typing, punching or applying pressure to an object with fingers and palm.

What You Bring

-Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. -Minimum 2-4 years of Experience in field service coordination, dispatching, scheduling or operations support in a manufacturing environment in either service, sales, or warranty. -Strong interpersonal skills. -Good organization skills -Strong analytical skills. -Skilled with Microsoft software such as Excel, Word, and Outlook. -Typical office environment: may experience minor discomfort from extensive use of a computer display and keyboard; travel between buildings on campus and between campuses. -Good oral and written communication skills. -Sitting, standing and walking for long periods of time. -Bachelor’s degree -Skilled with ERP systems such as P6, oracle, etc.
