Tasks
-Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the overall condition of the complex, ensuring a safe and functional environment. This includes performing routine maintenance on heating, lighting, utilities, signage, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Regular inspections, emergency response, and adherence to fire and life safety standards are key aspects of this role. -Maintains accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and preventive maintenance schedules using the MRI/Angus Work Order system. Responsible for estimating costs, procuring materials, and ensuring compliance with safety documentation, including MSDS manuals. Also tracks major equipment repairs, utility cut-offs, and inventory to support seamless building operations. -Works closely with the Property Manager to maintain an inviting and efficient workspace for tenants and guests. This involves managing tenant work orders, conducting inspections, and providing expert guidance on maintenance projects within budget constraints. Additionally, oversees contractor proposals and external inspections for specialized repairs and improvements.

What You Bring
-Basic knowledge of hand tools and understanding of safety -Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical and HVAC -1-3 years experience in a commercial office environment or related industry -High School Diploma or equivalent required. -HVAC EPA certification preferred -Maintenance Electrician License preferred. -SMA-SMT Certification/Training a plus -Familiarity with, and eagerness to explore and integrate, emerging technologies (e.g. AI and blockchain etc.) to drive innovation and continuous learning.
