Tasks

-Ensure Drivers are kept up to date on job requirements and daily schedule -Work with team members & Production to maximise service -Notify stakeholders of deviations to schedule or late delivery -Manage orders and ensure timely delivery -Review orders for concrete deliveries the next day and create a forward plan

-Well-developed problem solving and prioritization skills -Experience in scheduling or dispatch in real-time preferred -Demonstrated customer service and solution focused mindset -Good interpersonal and communication skills -Comply with driver Fatigue management, statutory requirements and company health & safety -Proficiency with navigating multiple systems -A keen eye for detail -Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a high-pressure environment
