The Role

Overview

Prepare cost estimates and manage commercial aspects for fit-out projects

Tasks

-Collaborating with internal teams including Management, Design, Sales, and Finance to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery process. -Liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure all pricing and project information aligns with commercial and technical requirements. -Attending site visits as required to assess progress and maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations. -Producing comprehensive cost, value, and reconciliation reports for each project. -Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for labour, materials, and associated project works within set deadlines.

What You Bring

Are you an Estimator open to new opportunities? Get in touch, I would love to have a chat! -Third level Quantity Surveying qualification or in a construction related discipline. -Minimum of 2 year's estimating experience within the commercial fit-out sector. -Full UK driving licence and access to own transport.
