Your work will power the backend systems that process large volumes of messy, unstructured conversational data, shape the pipelines behind it, and design the infrastructure that makes the entire product possible.

What You Bring
A builder's mindset - you enjoy figuring things out when the answer isn't obvious If you're coming from Python, Go, Java, C#, etc. - no issue. Strong fundamentals matter more than matching their stack. Rough split: * 80% deep engineering - scaling services, designing clean systems, building out the core platform * 20% AI/LLM integration - learning-on-the-job how to design workflows, embeddings, evaluation loops, and orchestration patterns They've created a system that can understand real conversations happening across a business - calls, meetings, messages - and extract the real meaning and context behind them. you can influence architecture from day one, Strong backend or full-stack engineering experience Solid fundamentals: architecture, performance, testing, good reasoning you learn AI in a real engineering environment, Someone who builds clean, scalable systems You don't need to be an AI expert today - but you'll gain genuine, hands-on experience building these systems properly, not just "calling APIs". Curiosity about AI and how modern systems integrate it prefer moving quickly in small, highly capable teams Experience with distributed systems or high-scale environments is a plus Backend: TypeScript, Node.js, gRPC, REST Data: Postgres, Drizzle ORM Infra: AWS, containerised services, performance + observability tooling AI Layer: Python, LLM workflows, retrieval, embeddings, evaluation frameworks enjoy owning systems end-to-end -A builder's mindset - you enjoy figuring things out when the answer isn't obvious -you can influence architecture from day one, -Strong backend or full-stack engineering experience -Solid fundamentals: architecture, performance, testing, good reasoning -you learn AI in a real engineering environment, -Someone who builds clean, scalable systems -Curiosity about AI and how modern systems integrate it -prefer moving quickly in small, highly capable teams -Experience with distributed systems or high-scale environments is a plus -enjoy owning systems end-to-end
