-Mentoring and supporting junior engineers and technicians -Leading projects from day one: client contact, site visits, design, and delivery -Producing calculations, reports, and inspections while collaborating with architects, contractors, and homeowners -Working closely with the MD and senior team to shape the future of the practice

What You Bring

-Confident communicator and proactive project lead -Strong technical ability across steel, concrete, timber, and masonry -Proficient in structural design software (AutoCAD preferred) -Exposure to high-end, creative architectural projects -Chartered or near-Chartered (IStructE or ICE)
