Tasks

-Collaboration: Work closely with construction teams on remodeling and renovation projects to meet deadlines.Follow safety protocols while working on construction sites to maintain a safe working environment. -Coatings: Apply Intumescent Paint from scaffold, lift, and or ladder -Touch-ups and repairs: Perform drywall patching, caulking, sealing, and repainting to maintain a high standard of quality. -Rough carpentry repairs: Fix or reinforce framing, trim, and minor structural elements as needed. -Drywall installation: Hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall to a smooth, paint-ready surface for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections. -Painting and finishing: Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment, ensuring clean, even coverage. -Surface preparation: Clean, sand, and fill holes or imperfections before painting. -Make-ready services: Assist with final detailing, fixture installations, and minor repairs to prepare spaces for occupancy.
