Overview
Assist property manager with maintenance, tenant relations, and admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Observe the condition of the apartment complex including buildings, grounds, tenant units, and all other facilities. -Answer the telephone; answer calls from prospects and record on the Daily Traffic Report. -If applicable, ensure resident files comply with HUD standards, LIHTC, and/or other Government-sponsored programs. -Assist all other office personnel as directed. -File all completed work orders. -Maintain the computerized property management system with up-to-date data entry. -Post collections to the computerized property management system. -Maintains the confidentiality of all personnel and resident files.
