UK Sales Director - Bioresources

Tasks

-Develop and foster an active learning and improvement attitude -Develop account-based sales plans and work winning strategies. -Act as a sounding board for the wider UK Business Development and sales team. Directors -Provide Water Industry perspectives and guidance on issues within the water companies; -Actively participate in the regular UK sales meetings, share experience and cross-discipline information between account directors and sales teams. -Also target the bigger RHDHV offering outside the boundaries of the Bioresources unit, such as other sales initiatives (Nereda, Aquasuite software, consultancy) -Prepare initial and final offers to clients for bioresources products. -Arrange for internal governance and approvals of such offers. -Specific targeted client assistance - support the UK Team with engaging Directors or senior managers within (Water) Companies where possible;

• 10+ years

What You Bring

-Highly client oriented -Active across UK and available for short trips abroad -Higher educational HND/Degree in a relevant discipline -Broad sales and technology knowledge and experience -At least 10 years proven commercial experience in the UK Water sector -Fluent in English, knowledge of other languages is an advantage -Good Communicator, inspiring and persuasive -Analytical, Problem Solving and Solution orientated
