Tasks

-Perform earned value analysis (EVA) to measure project performance. -Prepare and maintain cost reports, forecasts, and variance analyses. -Support procurement, contracts, and finance teams in cost-related matters. -Review and verify subcontractor invoices and purchase orders. -Assist in monthly cost review meetings and management reporting. -Evaluate financial impact of design or scope changes and report findings. -Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and financial performance. -Identify and recommend opportunities for cost optimization and value engineering. -Ensure all cost data is accurately updated in Oracle / ERP systems. -Maintain documentation of cost control procedures and reports.

What You Bring

-Strong analytical, numerical, and communication skills. -Proficiency in Oracle ERP or similar enterprise systems for cost tracking and reporting. -Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools. -Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Construction, or Industrial Engineering. -Familiarity with project management and budgeting concepts. -3–6 years of experience in cost control within construction or infrastructure projects. -Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
