Perform vinyl prep, assemble and glaze windows/doors on production line.

Tasks

-Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and climbing may be required to access materials and operate equipment. -Work may involve repetitive motions and working in a fast-paced assembly line manufacturing environment -Assists co-workers in analyzing and correcting problems encountered in job assignments to perform work according to standard work procedures and instructions -Must meet daily production rates while maintaining quality standards for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods. -Saw and machine vinyl and metal to prepare for window and door assembly utilizing CNC saws and mills. -Prepare vinyl lineals for production using a lamination process -Assemble and glaze windows and patio doors through an assembly line process.

What You Bring

-Vacuum hoists -Candidates must be comfortable working with both manual and powered tools commonly used in manufacturing and assembly environments. These include, but are not limited to: -Proven problem solving and organizational skills. -Diagonal cutters -Pallet jacks -This role requires consistent physical activity throughout the shift, including lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying materials weighing up to 50 lbs independently and up to 100 lbs with team assistance. -Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn at all times, and employees are expected to maintain a safe and clean work area. -Strong verbal and written communications skills. -Self-retracting knives -Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. -Glazing guns -High School Diploma or Equivalent. -Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. -Works well in a team environment with a diverse workforce. -Putty knives -Employees must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per day on hard surfaces. -Ability to read and interpret production paperwork and labels -Demonstrated proficiency in using metrology instruments and recording inspection data -Stable work history with preferred 2 – 3 years of manufacturing experience.
