The Role

Overview

Coordinate service calls, schedules, and customer communication for the service department.

Tasks

-Schedule service calls with customers. -Communicate system impairments and service requests to the appropriate Manager. -Schedule emergency service with customers. -Provide backup assistance on phones for the administrative assistance. -Work with the Service Operations Manager to review reports and upload for customer access. -Create Technician schedules. -Schedule all necessary subcontractors, lifts as required. -Communicate with internal and external customers in a professional manner. -Coordinate the necessary equipment/materials accordingly.

What You Bring

-HS Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred. -Must have the ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English with employees and customers. -Strong diligence and accuracy -Up to 10% travel -Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. -1 years of professional computer skills. -Demonstrated critical thinking skills. -Collaborator and ability to work with all levels of employees. -Ability to operate a computer, use Microsoft Office required. -Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required. -1 year scheduling facility services experience, preferred. -Experience with SalesForce preferred. -Must be able to comply with SFS’s Drug and Alcohol policy and Background screening requirements, which may also include customer specific requirements based on contractual agreement. -Efficient time management skills developed organizational skills and ability to prioritize initiatives and business goals.
