Tasks

-Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery. -Overseeing the progress of multiple renewable energy projects, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), Capex Tracking against budget and ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. -Optimizing the allocation and utilization of resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, across different projects. -Ensuring all projects adhere to relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies. -Identifying and mitigating potential risks associated with renewable energy projects, developing risk management plans, and ensuring timely resolution of issues. -Setting up and managing the processes, and governance for renewable energy projects, ensuring consistency and best practices. -Maintaining effective communication and relationships with various stakeholders, including internal teams, external contractors, regulatory bodies, and investors. -Developing and implementing project management strategies that align with the organization's overall renewable energy goals and objectives.

What You Bring

-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders. -A graduate or postgraduate with Engineering background. -Minimum 8 - 10 years’ overall work experience in project planning and controlling, with preferably 5 to 8 years in the renewable power generation industry. -In-depth understanding of the renewable energy sector, including technologies, regulations, and market dynamics. -Ability to analyse complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. -Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Primavera, MS Project, or P6. -PMP (Project Management Professional) or other relevant certifications. -Proven experience in managing complex projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
