Complete quantity take-offs as requested by estimating and PM.
With the Superintendent, monitor and expedite the delivery of materials.
Prepare the detailed project construction progress schedule in coordination with Superintendent, Project Manager, subcontractors and suppliers. Update the schedule on a monthly basis or as required by the Contract.
Distribute all short interval and overall project schedules. Ensure subcontractors have the most up to date scopes of work.
Assist the Superintendent to ensure that the project is constructed in accordance with the contract requirements and specifications and with the required quality.
Prepare meeting minutes as directed by Project Manager.
Consistently follows/enforces the Company’s safety procedures and policies.
Secure properly executed subcontract and purchase order agreements, insurance certificates, bonds and other documents as required to protect the interest of the Company.
Complete sub evaluations/comparisons of bids, scope review, and complete buyout as requested by PM
Assist in the preparation of change proposals, change orders review, issues change orders to subcontractors and Project Accountant.
Assist the Project Manager in all phases and aspects of the project.
Ensure contracts, insurance, and bonds are current and received before subcontractor performs any work
Maintain and Track Project Closeout Activities.
Document potential schedule delays and promptly notify supervision to submit request for extension of time and/or additional costs as per terms of Contract.
Assist the Project Manager in the development of the monthly job status report.
Work to obtain all necessary permits as requested by the PM.
Keep the Project Manager fully informed in a timely fashion with regard to any and all problem areas on the project.
Actively participate and/or lead post-bid, buyout, coordination, lead team, subcontractor, staffing, scheduling and other meetings.

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related degree. A combination of education & experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Possess working knowledge of all project plans, specifications, contract with Owner, subcontracts, purchase orders, daily correspondence, shop drawings, submittals, and all other project related documents, and maintain a complete and accurate set of as-builts.
