The Role
Overview
Administrative support for oil & gas site operations in Abu Dhabi
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of site activities, including daily reports, logs, and other relevant documentation. -- Manage site inventory and supplies, and coordinate with procurement to ensure timely replenishment. -- Provide administrative support to the site manager and other team members as needed. -- Act as the main point of contact for all site-related administrative inquiries and requests. -- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks and projects. -- Monitor and track expenses related to site operations and prepare reports for management. -- Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees at the site. -- Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks at the site, including but not limited to scheduling, document management, and record keeping. -- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.

What You Bring
-- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -- Fluency in English, both written and verbal. -- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. -- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team. -- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the oil and gas industry. -- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the oil and gas industry. -- Strong organizational and time-management skills. -- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
