Construction Administrator - Mission Critical Facilities

Manage RFI and submittal logs, coordinate responses, and support construction admins.

Tasks

-Coordinate with architects to ensure timely responses and keep the process moving. -Support process management by nudging team members (nicely!) to stay on schedule. -Maintain and update daily RFI and Submittal logs in Excel with accuracy and consistency. -Pull RFIs and Submittals from GC platforms (Procore, Project Site, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Newforma, etc.). -Help with mission-critical projects that power the digital world. -Summarize and communicate status updates to the project team.
