Tasks

-Harmonized coordination with different internal or external stakeholders regarding payment cycle affairs -Prepare daily payment vouchers, cash flow forecast, fund transfer and assist month-end closing -Prepare and handle Accounts Payable transactions by processing, reconciling invoices, and payment requests -Prepare bank reconciliations

What You Bring

-Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of management -Familiar with accounting software and PC operation -LCCI Higher or HKIAAT member / student is preferred -Ability to perform multi-task, capable to work under pressure and independently, and be a good team player -Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or Finance or related discipline -2 - 3 years’ relevant working experiences in sizable corporation
