What You Bring

-Extensive experience of managing pension administration. -Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex data clearly. -Proven experience in reward, compensation and benefits management, or a related HR role. -CIPD qualification (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience. -Experience in managing pay review and reward cycles, including modelling and governance. -Sound understanding of employment and pension legislation. -Skilled in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and build trust at all levels. -Strong knowledge of reward strategy, pay benchmarking, and job evaluation frameworks.
