Tasks

-Prepare the Company’s quarterly Earnings Release (8-K) and Earnings Call Script, including supporting documentation and workpapers. -Compile and analyze data for quarterly and annual SEC filings (10-Q/10-K) using SEC reporting software (RDG) and assist with detailed reviews of these filings. -Contribute to the preparation of XBRL tagging for SEC filings using RDG software. -Participate in special projects, ad hoc analyses, and initiatives to enhance reporting processes. -Coordinate and respond to audit requests from internal and external auditors. -Support the review of proxy statements and other external communications such as investor presentations and press releases. -Develop, update, and review supporting schedules for financial statements and disclosures. -Conduct research and resolve complex accounting issues; prepare supporting analyses and ensure compliance with internal controls. -Liaise with various departments and business units to resolve financial and reporting-related issues. -Prepare disclosure checklists in accordance with U.S. GAAP and other applicable standards, including MD&A. -Collaborate with various internal stakeholders and external parties supporting the external reporting function to fulfill responsibilities and meet reporting deadlines.

What You Bring

We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven finance professional to lead our external reporting function. This is a high-impact role with visibility across senior leadership, offering the opportunity to shape SEC reporting processes and ensure regulatory excellence in a dynamic, public company environment. -Ability to work independently while meeting tight deadlines, especially during reporting cycles. -Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. -Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements. -Willingness to work overtime as needed during peak periods. -Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe. -Experience preparing SEC filings. -Self-motivated and proactive. -CPA license required. -Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience. -Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required. -Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
