Lead and grow multiple Champion Window locations by recruiting, training and managing sales staff.

Tasks

-Develop local advertising and marketing efforts to generate sales opportunities -Maintain knowledge and trends in the in-home sales industry -Create positive relationships with customers and employees -Coach and motivate sales staff to achieve sales peak performance -Maintain operational compliance with corporate policies, practices, procedures, and government regulation

What You Bring

-Computer software competencies including Microsoft Office Suite -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting -Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills -Experience managing Profit and Loss -Minimum 5 years management experience, sales experience in a business to consumer (B2C) environment required -Ability to travel to multiple locations -Bachelor’s degree in business or related field -Over 60 years of quality & experience with career advancement opportunities -Ability to work standard retail hours including evenings and weekends
