Tasks

This role involves supporting 3rd party vendor quotations and vendor management, as well as managing Oracle Project Accounting invoicing for large-scale projects to ensure timely invoicing of all project orders. -Serve as an Oracle Project Accounting Subject Matter Expert (SME) -Assist AR in creating project invoices -Responsible for managing customer specific invoicing requirements -Provide financial analysis of 3rd party installation revenue and expenses -Collaborate with Project Managers to invoice large project orders -Collaborate with sales and partners to qualify new vendors -Support Project Management team and sales in quoting project management and installation services -Work with vendors and legal department to execute Master Service Agreements -Approve release for invoicing and close out of custom service SKUs -Create custom quotes for project management and installation services -Work closely with Project Controllers to ensure proper prioritization of customer invoices -Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with Schneider’s 3rd party vendors

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
