Tasks

This position is central to leading multiple commercial and industrial structural steel projects across the Mid-Atlantic. By driving safety, quality, and scheduling standards, you’ll ensure site teams are aligned, efficient, and delivering at scale. -Oversee site health, safety, quality, and scheduling compliance -Coordinate deliveries and collaborate with other trades to keep projects on track -Act as the main communication link between foremen, project teams, and leadership -Review drawings, specifications, and materials for accuracy and execution -Lead and supervise 3–5 structural steel projects simultaneously -Troubleshoot site issues, manage RFIs, and oversee as-builts

What You Bring

-Proactive, safety-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability -Proven background as a superintendent in commercial/industrial projects -Strong leadership and communication skills with experience leading multiple sites -Knowledge of structural steel, commercial construction, and site equipment (transits, laser levels, etc.) -Growth-oriented and able to adapt to fast-moving project pipelines -5–10+ years of experience in steel erection or construction supervision
