Tasks

-Review subcontractor work packs to ensure compliance with safety legislation and site requirements -Lead inductions, audits, and HSE investigations -Establish and manage site-wide Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) systems -Implement and maintain permit-to-work systems and plant inductions -Monitor site training records and ensure continuous compliance -Collaborate with the Construction Manager and project team to drive strong safety performance -Lead and mentor a small HSE team (2 Coordinators)

What You Bring

-Level 6 Health & Safety qualification, plus ICAM and ESC training -Minimum of 10 years’ experience in civil infrastructure or heavy construction environments -Expert knowledge of the HSW Act 2015, RMA, and environmental compliance frameworks -Practical experience in managing safety systems, audits, investigations, and risk control measures
