Tasks
-Impact team through the quality of the services or information provided. -Ensure client messaging is in alignment with company branding. Review marketing templates and approve creative. -Read and route incoming mail. Review and distribute routine communications, faxes, and emails for sales professionals. -Coordinate schedules and appointments for sales team members. -Answer, screen, and direct incoming telephone calls. -Respond to escalated inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality. -Follow standardized procedures and practices and receives regular but moderate supervision and guidance -Evaluate and select solutions from established options. -Gather documentation to complete high-value voucher forms and process commission payments. -Attend Sales team meetings to record meeting minutes or action items. -Collect, compile, and evaluate complex data and create written descriptions of results.

-An established understanding of work routines and standards and applying skills and knowledge in a range of processes, procedures, and systems are required. -Strong organizational skills with a robust inquisitive mindset. -Recognize and solve typical and atypical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval. -Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. -General math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups. or complicated information within the team. -High School Diploma or GED with 2-3 years of job-related experience. -Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future. -Requires intermediate problem-solving skills with the capacity to review and select solutions from available options without supervisory approval. -Ability to explain detailed and complicated information within the team in a clear and concise manner.
