Set up and break down catering equipment for events, ensuring accuracy and service standards.

Tasks

-Thoroughly break-down and clean up all catering equipment and supplies following events, ensuring proper care and storage of all equipment, supplies, food and beverage -Complete tasks in a variety of environment as assigned by management to include indoor and outdoor catering throughout the property -Responsible for the thorough and accurate set-up of all catered events -Banquet Event Orders and Pull Sheets to ensure accuracy of all event set ups. -Communicate any and all special requests and needs to management that are expressed by client during set up time

What You Bring

-Ability to fully commit to all home football games and other full stadium events -Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a high paced environment -Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time -2 years' experience in high volume catering or full service dining -Ability to work as a team member in a diverse environment -Ability to carefully follow direction with care to all details and department standards paying special attention to -Ability to move up to 50 pounds -Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays -Ability to repeatedly move a minimum of 75 pounds -Ability to work independently and carefully follow written and verbal direction -Ability to stand for long periods of time -Fast-paced environment -Basic knowledge of Excel and Email usage -Knowledge of food service and table standards -Professional and discrete demeanor -Ability to effectively communicate in English, written and verbal -18 Years of age or older -Ability to meet all service standards including, but not limited to, tray carrying, wine service, table service and buffet service
