Overview

Assist Facility Manager in upkeep, maintenance, vendor, admin & helpdesk for WSP India sites.

Tasks

-Monitors and inspects buildings / premises ensuring Safety and security of people and assets. -Repairs, maintenance and replacement of office equipment’s, appliances furniture & fixture and building. -Transport and cab management at facility, Management of Vendor for the transportation services for the employees as per company policies. -Vendor Management - To identify appropriate vendors for purchase various item with the support of the seniors. To ensure timely payment to other service providers i.e. telephone, electricity, rent, canteen, etc. -Complete in-house administration & helpdesk management (Facility Management, Housekeeping services, Event Management, Client Management, Stationery & Printing & Cafeteria services) for internal customers. -Ensure and monitor all facility compliances with all applicable codes and laws -Support the Assistant Facility Manager in day to day tasks assigned
