Manage EV charging station construction projects, overseeing scope, schedule, cost, and permits.

Tasks
-Ensure the project design management continues to follow the client project documents such as budget, scope, schedule, and client's design standards. -Prepare cost and revenue projections. -Build relationships with peers, leaders, and clients. -Coordinate with cost management group as applicable for preparation of cost estimates, cost studies, actual job cost reviews, and budget reconciliation. -Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost. -Drive the permitting process by designing team documents to be submitted to various local, state, and federal agencies and ensure the applicable permits are moving through the process efficiently. -Value Engineer the project by identifying opportunities for savings and ensuring material substitutions are equal. -Evaluate documents and communicate the client’s specific goals and expectations to all project team members. -Develop and communicate action plans that will lead the project team throughout the project, beginning with the initial Project Management Plan. -Communicate with and manage project stakeholders. -Exercise creativity and resourcefulness in managing the project effectively in a compressed timeframe. -Proactively participate in self-development to continually enhance current skills and build new skills required to excel at current role and prepare for career progression. -Deliver quality work product by role modeling organizational core values. -Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at the project outset.

What You Bring
-Experience managing the construction of complex electrical projects or industrial projects. -Experience preparing Project Management Plans and fee/budget proposals. -Demonstrate ability to be dependable, diligent, and thorough. -Demonstrated ability to monitor scope throughout the project and recommend adjustments when necessary. -Utilize effective written and oral communication skills. -Knowledge of permitting process and ability to drive the process to meet project timelines. -Experience developing and driving action plans. -Consistently communicates and collaborates with team members and clients. -Ability to prepare and communicate cost and revenue projections. -Ability to travel semi-locally a couple days/week.
