Supervises MEP design for large hotel complex, ensuring compliance and supporting net-zero goals.

Tasks

-Provides support and analysis with company directives around C2P, digital and net zero carbon. -Supports and engages with business improvement directives where applicable. -Works collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition, and share responsibility for the proactive identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work. -Works alongside more senior architectural design roles, providing necessary support and assisting in the delivery of team/area objectives. -Ensures training requirements are kept up to date and statutory and regulatory requirements are explored. -Works alongside the engineering team to develop and understand the protocols, processes and technical aspects of the overall role. -Undertakes mentoring and/or shadowing of more experienced architectural design roles to facilitate further learning and higher-level knowledge and skills.
