Overview
Manage commercial and industrial structural steel projects from award to closeout across the East Coast.

Tasks
-Handle change orders, project costs, and client communications. -Oversee fabrication, delivery, and erection activities. -Conduct field visits and resolve site-related issues. -Manage all phases of structural steel projects from award through closeout. -Coordinate with detailers, engineers, and contractors to ensure schedules and deliverables are met.

What You Bring
-Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. -PLEASE only apply if you have Structural Steel experience! IT PM's and other industry PM's with no Structural Steel experience will not be considered at this time! ----- -Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings. -MUST HAVE 5+ years of project management experience with a structural steel fabricator/erector.
