Tasks

-Providing all residents and guests with a 5-star service, ensuring exceptional front desk services. -Completing Incident Reports when necessary and responding to emergencies. -Database maintenance, receiving and answering emails, telephone, and security intercom enquiries. -Assisting the Building Manager and Head Concierge with issues related to By Laws, resident car park, reporting, keys auditing. -Securing resident keys, security devices, parcels, and dry cleaning. -Monitoring relevant movements of visitors, service providers and goods throughout the building and immediate surrounds. -Ensuring entry and lifts are tidy and presentable.

What You Bring

-Front of house or customer service experience. -Capability to work within a team environment and follow Site Procedures and Company Policies. -Punctuality and proactivity. -Computer literacy (use of Microsoft Word and Excel, e-mail and BuildingLink). -Availability to work overnights. -MEN UNIFORM - Black business suit, shirt, trouser, tie and name badge. -Proven quality written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to build rapport with residents and cooperative relationships with the team.
