Tasks

-Lead production and coordination of design and construction documents -Mentor junior staff and ensure adherence to firm standards and deadlines -Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure design excellence -Represent the firm during client meetings, presentations, and site visits -Oversee construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and punch lists -Guide project planning, design implementation, and documentation strategies -Conduct code research, quality control, and document reviews
