  • Promoting continuing relationships with the company clients.
  • Setting the guidelines for the planning of training programs, continuous education opportunities and professional development of staff.

  • Maintaining control of the projects by ensuring that systems remain in place to maintain discipline performance, budget progress, schedule commitments, and quality standards. Understanding and utilizing the project tools that are in place for project control.
  • Maintaining a solid reputation and an extensive network of relationships to develop opportunities.
  • Establishing a safe work environment and communicating the company commitment to safety to teammates and clients.
  • Planning and organizing the work of the team. Communicating the plan to the team, the company leadership and the clients.
  • Reviewing and approving all services contracts that the business location enters into.
