Tasks

-Ensure milestones are met through oversight of project vehicles and resource coordination. -Communicate project status to the organization. -Create and maintain tracking tools for task completion related to document management. -Support the development of the AMO Engineering SharePoint. -Lead communication with stakeholders and team members through project completion. -Review and update documents for accuracy. -Ensure responsible parties complete tasks throughout the entire project. -Oversee the Engineering Department Document System. -Advise the department on access and changes to requirement documents. -Host internal and external meetings as required. -Support training and qualification processes for department personnel. -Work collaboratively with other departments and external entities impacting the project. -Establish and maintain record retention timelines.

What You Bring

-Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented. -Experience with project management. -2 years of prior administrative experience. -Experience with Microsoft SharePoint. -Excellent communication and collaboration skills. -Comfortable multitasking and handling multiple requests. -Experience with FAA Repair Stations. -A University Degree. -Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite.
