-Provide price quotes, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction. -Represent GFL at business meetings, industry events, and civic functions. -Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive market activities. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. -Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to drive sales growth. -Analyze customer waste stream needs and offer tailored solutions. -Conduct cold calls, site visits, and networking to generate leads.

What You Bring
-Sales Experience: 2-3 years in sales, preferably within the solid waste industry. -Self Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage your territory effectively. -Valid Driver’s License: Travel within the assigned region is required. -Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills with the ability to build rapport. -Technical & Analytical Abilities: Understanding of pricing, margins, and sales techniques. -Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
