Tasks

-Ensure customers receive timely reports and updates and that any queries are followed up swiftly. -Communicate with various Laboratory Teams to ensure smooth delivery of work. -Managing a portfolio of projects including creating and managing timelines, budgets, KPIs and ensuring all project documents are organised and up to date. -Manage effective change control. -Responsible for maintaining clean and tidy working area. -Lead and represent the business in meetings with customers, ensuring clear communication and alignment. -Record and manage actions and that they are performed on-time. -Ensure all jobs are reported in a timely and accurate manner by -Active management of the Customer Experience (CX) by providing consistent and integrated service to clients.

What You Bring

-Good attention to detail and ability to cope under pressure. -Working effectively with large datasets in excel and other database formats. -Extensive years’ experience in laboratory / science related project management with demonstrated project delivery and meeting client requirements. -Previous experience of working in a laboratory setting and using LIMS software would be advantageous. -Ability to make robust decisions based on available information. -Experience in developing and leading technical teams in a fast-paced environment. -Good communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work with minimal supervision independently as well as part of a team.
