The Role

Overview

Handling customer enquiries, orders, pricing and sales coordination

Tasks

-Participation in training events, which may necessitate travel and overnight stays -Preparing Credit notes. -Checking of Acknowledgements -Investigating credit requests and additional invoices. -Ensure that regular and accurate updates are made on company CRM package. -Soft sales, working with external team and customers to promote stocks and increase sales -Entry of Quotations, Sales Orders, Samples Requests and Schedules. -Liaising with Transport -Checking of Addresses, Pricing, Discount, Product and Haulage Availability. -Responding to customer enquiries, pricing requests, delivery information and samples by telephone.

-Full driving Licence -Evidence of working as part of an effective team -Order Book and schedule Clearance -Digicare+ Provided by Aviva -Good interpersonal and communication skills - verbal and written -Flexible and enthusiastic individual able to work under pressure and use own initiative -Working knowledge in Microsoft applications including email, Excel and Word. -Excellent telephone manner and accurate keyboard skills
