Assist Account Managers with admin tasks for solar O&M projects, ensuring timely service delivery.

Tasks

-PO’s need to be billed in the year they were created to confirm all costs are being applied to the correct year. Monitor the Open PO report and request invoices from vendors if they are lagging. -If parts or subcontractor services are needed, work with your Account Manager to get the details to prepare the PO. -Assist Account Managers with completion checks & documentation preparation -Assist Account Managers with preparing quarterly invoices -If the client requires a quote to prior to our completing the work, work with your Account Manager to get the details to prepare the quote. -Assist Account Managers with preparing invoices as needed -Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives.

-Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail, customer requirements and project profitability. -Excellent verbal and written communications skills. -Highly proficient working with Microsoft Office with the ability to quickly learn other computer applications. -Ability to prioritize among competing tasks. -Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. -Minimum of 5+ years of experience in administration -Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines. -Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment. -Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. -Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
